AUGUST - GOLFZON NEW PERIO TOURNAMENT - RULES AND REGULATIONS
GOLFZON America, Inc. (“GOLFZON”) located at 3863 Centerview Drive Suite #300 in Chantilly, VA 20151, is the sponsor of a golf competition, called the GOLFZON Tour, in which teams fielded by qualifying hosts (“Host(s)”) in various locations selected by GOLFZON (each a “Host Facility”) will compete remotely against one another on GOLFZON Simulators in a virtual golf tournament using simulated golf courses. To further participation in the GOLFZON Tour, GOLFZON is sponsoring New Perio Tournament competition Golfzon Tour Event between August 11, 2025 and September 11, 2025 (see full GOLFZON Tour rules at https://www.golfzontour.com/rules-and-regulations) in accordance with these New Perio Tournament Rules and the GOLFZON Tour Rules.
Requirements: To enter, participating players must select the GOLFZON New Perio Tournament and complete at least one (1) round of simulated golf at a participating Host Facility. Players must play the holes in consecutive order (i.e., 1st hole first, 2nd hole second, so on and so forth). Players who begin on hole 10 or otherwise play the course out of order shall have their round and posted scores disqualified. To be eligible to receive the prize, players must complete the full 18-hole round of golf and post their score. Players may attempt the GOLFZON New Perio Tournament multiple times, but only the best score will be counted.
Scoring: Player score will be determined by subtracting a player’s New Perio Handicap from the players 18-hole gross score. New Perio Handicap is calculated based on twelve (12) random holes from the same 18-hole round of golf posted by the player, with all twelve (12) holes being the same for each participant. The GOLFZON GSM Software will determine the twelve (12) holes prior to player participation, but players will not be notified of the identity of the twelve (12) holes before participating. Upon completion of the tournament the identification of the twelve (12) New Perio hidden holes will be made available. The New Perio Leaderboard shall be made available on or around September 12, 2025.
New Perio Handicap: The New Perio Handicap is calculated as follows, New Perio Handicap = (12 hidden hole score * 1.5 - 72) * 0.8.
Winner Selection: On or around September 12, 2025 the player with the lowest posted score (after tie breakers) for the Tournament (as determined by GOLFZON GSM Software based on New Perio Handicap) shall be selected as the single winner among all participating Host Facilities.
Tie: When there is a tie among posted scores on the New Perio Leaderboard, priority must be determined, the player’s scores will be compared hole by hole starting from the last hole of the 12 New Perio hidden holes to the 1st New Perio hidden hole.
Prize: The winner shall be awarded an aggregate of two thousand dollars ($2000 USD). The GOLFZON Tournament Committee has the sole right and authority to determine the winner, and eligibility to receive prize money, in accordance with these Rules & Regulations and all applicable laws. GOLFZON is responsible for the payment of all prize money) in accordance with these New Perio Tournament Rules and the GOLFZON Tour Rules (see full GOLFZON Tour rules at https://www.golfzontour.com/rules-and-regulations). Awards of prize money shall be subject to GOLFZON’s timely receipt of timely funds transmission information, and may be subject to GOLFZON’s receipt of a 1099 or other similar documentation. The prize money is inclusive of all taxes, fees, and other charges; and the winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes that may be due on amounts received.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless GOLFZON and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and GOLFZON’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the GOLFZON Tour and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
