GOLFZON TOUR RULES AND REGULATIONS
GOLFZON® Tour - General
GOLFZON America, Inc. (“GOLFZON”) located at 3863 Centerview Drive Suite #300 in Chantilly, VA 20151, is the sponsor of this golf competition, called the GOLFZON® Tour, in which teams fielded by commercial locations open to the public (whether through membership or otherwise) and featuring GOLFZON TwoVision or TwoVisionNX simulators with Dual Plate or Motion Plate Systems that is selected by GOLFZON and has agreed to these Rules and Regulations (each a “Host Facility”) will compete remotely against one another on GOLFZON Simulators in a virtual golf tournament using simulated golf courses starting on September 1, 2026 with the final two teams to compete head to head for cash prizes in accordance with these Rules & Regulations, the Player Behavior Code the Tournament Regulations, and Competition Rules (the “GOLFZON Tour”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GOLFZON TOUR; but participants are responsible to pay standard fees for their use of simulator hitting bays imposed by the host facilities. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. GOLFZON reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, suspend, or postpone the GOLFZON Tour. Similarly, GOLFZON reserves the right to modify the contest and/or these Rules & Regulations in response to circumstances that are not in the reasonable control of GOLFZON. All participants must be eighteen (18) years or older by the beginning of Qualifier Events (as defined below).
QUALIFIER EVENT
Contact the relevant Host Facility to learn more about that Host Facility’s qualifier competitions and rules and eligibility requirements (each a “Qualifier Event”). The individual Qualifier Event will begin on or about September 1, 2026 and end on or around September 30, 2026. The Team Qualifier Event will begin on or about October 1, 2026 and end on or around October 31, 2026. All participants must be legal residents of the national/state/provincial jurisdictions of one (1) of the approved Host Facilities; however, the contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Individual Qualifier: Each Host Facility will independently host, manage, promote, and referee, a competition scored through GOLFZON Store Manager (GSM) created by GOLFZON for the purpose of determining four (4) members of the Host Facility team in accordance with these Rules and Regulations; Employees of GOLFZON are not eligible to participate. Players must login to their GOLFZON Account and play the individual qualifier course during the month of September. Players may play the individual qualifier course an unlimited number of times during the month of September and only their best score shall be recorded. When there is a tie in the Qualifier Event at any Host Facility and priority must be determined, the scores from the back 9, back 6, and back 3 holes of the relevant round are compared in order. If there is still a tie, scores will be compared hole by hole starting from the 18th hole to the 1st hole. Final scores will be posted on the Golf Genius leaderboard on the GOLFZON Tour website. Double Par will be the maximum score per hole INCLUDING PENALTY STROKES.
Team Determination: After the individual Qualifier Event, each Host shall determine a team of four (4) individuals with four (4) individuals with the best individual Qualifier Event scores as determined by the GOLFZON GSM software application (leaderboard to be published on or around October 1, 2026) and which are willing to participate in the GOLFZON Tour. Notwithstanding the foregoing, only one individual on any team may be an employee or contractor of any Host Facility and such employee or contractor shall not qualify to receive any qualifying prizes set forth below. Each Host Facility is responsible to deliver their fully executed team Entry Form to GOLFZON by Wednesday, October 7, 2026 to golfzontour@golfzon.com. Individuals who have not qualified to participate on a Host Facility team as presented in the Team Entry Form will not be eligible to compete in the GOLFZON Tour. Each team member must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time the Host Facility submits its GOLFZON Tour Team Entry Form to GOLFZON, and must otherwise be eligible for participation in the GOLFZON Tour per these Rules & Regulations and applicable laws and regulations. The Host Facility teams may consist of any combination of Participants of any gender.
Individual Qualifying Prizes. The qualifying individuals with the top five (5) best individual qualifying scores among all Host Facilities shall receive the cash prizes set forth below:
- 1st Place: Ten thousand dollars (USD $10,000)
- 2nd Place: Five thousand dollars (USD $5,000)
- 3rd Place: Two thousand five hundred dollars (USD $2,500)
- 4th Place: One thousand five hundred dollars (USD $1,500)
- 5th Place: One thousand dollars (USD $1,000)
Awards of prize money shall be subject to GOLFZON’s timely receipt of funds transmission information from each team member, and may be subject to GOLFZON’s receipt of a 1099 or other similar documentation from each team member. The prize money is inclusive of all taxes, fees, and other charges; and each team member is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes that may be due on amounts received. Host Facilities may implement additional prizes during Qualifier Events in addition to those provided by GOLFZON above. Host Facility employees and contractors are not eligible to receive any Qualifying Prizes.
Team Qualifier Events. After each Host Facility team has been determined, each Host Facility team will play in a Team Qualifying Event in which each individual team member must play a minimum of three (3) rounds on three (3) courses chosen by GOLFZON during the month of October 2026. Thereafter each of the four (4) team members’ best scores per course (twelve (12) scores total) as determined by the GOLFZON GSM software application will be combined to determine the top fifty-eight (58) teams with the lowest scores that qualify for the GOLFZON Tour Bracket Play (leaderboard posted on or around November 1, 2026). When there is a tie in the Team Qualifier Event at any Host Facility and priority must be determined, the scores from the third qualifying course will be totaled for all four (4) players and compared. If there is still a tie, the scores from the second qualifying course will be totaled for all four (4) players and then compared. If there still a tie, the scores from the first qualifying course will be total for all four (4) players and then compared.If there is still a tie, scores will be totaled for all four (4) players and compared hole by hole starting from the 18th hole to the 1st hole on the first qualifying course. Double Par will be the maximum score per hole INCLUDING PENALTY STROKES.
HOST FACILITIES ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT QUALIFIER EVENTS AND ANY ASSOCIATED PRIZES COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REAL MONEY SKILL GAMES AND GAMBLING LAWS. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
GOLFZON TOUR
Each Host Facility will independently host, manage, promote, and referee, a Bracket Play competition scored through GOLFZON Store Manager (GSM) created by GOLFZON for the purposes of determining the third and fourth place winners of the GOLFZON Tour, as well as the top two teams which will head to the GOLFZON Tour Finals hosted by GOLFZON to determine the first and second place winners. Final scores will be posted on the Golf Genius leaderboard on the GOLFZON Tour website. Double Par will be the maximum score per hole INCLUDING PENALTY STROKES.
Top 64: The Top 58 Host teams in the Team Qualifier Event in the month of October will be eligible to participate in Bracket Play together with six (6) sponsor exemption teams selected by GOLFZON in its sole discretion. In the event that fewer than six (6) sponsor exemption teams are selected, then the next best teams will have a chance to fill such spots.The top 64 teams will be divided into 8 divisions as determined first by region and then by the cumulative score of the three (3) rounds of the Team Qualifying Event. In the event that any team cannot participate, then the next best qualifying Host team among all Host Facilities will be selected.Bracket play matches will be played single elimination 3 vs 3 aggregate strokes, hole-by-hole team match play. The team with the most holes won after 18-holes will be determined the winner. Tiebreakers will be determined after 18 holes by a sudden death stroke play with all 3 players scores counting starting from the first hole of the tournament course. There will be no reseeding between rounds. A representative from each Host Facility will act as the team Captain and select the participating players for each match.
Top 32: Bracket play matches will be played single elimination 3 vs 3 aggregate strokes, hole-by-hole team match play. The team with the most holes won after 18-holes will be determined the winner. Tiebreakers will be determined after 18 holes by a sudden death stroke play with all 3 players scores counting starting from the first hole of the tournament course. There will be no reseeding between rounds. A representative from each Host Facility will act as the team Captain and select the participating players for each match.
Top 16: Bracket play matches will be played single elimination 3 vs 3 aggregate strokes, hole-by-hole team match play. The team with the most holes won after 18-holes will be determined the winner. Tiebreakers will be determined after 18 holes by a sudden death stroke play with all 3 players scores counting starting from the first hole of the tournament course. There will be no reseeding between rounds. A representative from each Host Facility will act as the team Captain and select the participating players for each match.

There will be no reseeding between rounds. A representative from each Host Facility will act as the team Captain and select the participating players for each match.
Tour Finals: The final two teams will play in the GOLFZON Tour Finals at the 2027 PGA Show to be held in Orlando, FL on the dates of January 27th and 28th, 2027(the “Tour Finals”). The Tour Finals match will be played 3 vs 3 aggregate strokes, hole-by-hole team match play. Any necessary tiebreaker will be determined by a 3 vs 3 sudden death stroke play with all 3 players scores counting starting from the first hole of the tournament course. GOLFZON shall pay for the teams’ air fare and hotel room (selected by GOLFZON) for the Tour Finals.
Prize Money: Each member of the team that wins the GOLFZON Tour Finals shall receive fifty thousand dollars (USD $50,000). Each member of the second-place team of the GOLFZON Tour Finals shall receive fifteen thousand dollars (USD $15,000). Each member of the third and fourth place teams of the GOLFZON Tour shall receive five thousand dollars (USD $5,000). The GOLFZON Tournament Committee has the sole right and authority to determine the winning team, and eligibility to receive prize money, in accordance with these Rules & Regulations and all applicable laws. GOLFZON is responsible for the payment of all prize money in accordance with these Rules & Regulations. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the payment of all prize money is subject to compliance by the Host and each team member with all terms and conditions of the Team Entry Form and these Rules & Regulations. Awards of prize money shall be subject to GOLFZON’s timely receipt of funds transmission information from each team member, and may be subject to GOLFZON’s receipt of a 1099 or other similar documentation from each team member. The prize money is inclusive of all taxes, fees, and other charges; and each team member is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes that may be due on amounts received. In the event that any prize money is waived or forfeited by a particular team member, such prize money shall not be distributed to the remaining team members.
HOST FACILITIES ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT QUALIFIER EVENTS AND ANY ASSOCIATED PRIZES COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REAL MONEY SKILL GAMES AND GAMBLING LAWS. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
